Molisa Health Services Inc. is committed to providing accessible services to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We have developed policies and practices to ensure compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, and we strongly support this initiative.

Our website at molisahealth.ca is designed to be accessible and usable by as many people as possible. We work toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our digital content.

Our team has received training on practices and procedures that reflect the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, including accommodating persons who use support persons or assistive devices and persons who need assistance with communication. It is our goal to remove any barriers that prevent someone with a disability from accessing our services.

If you require any accommodation when interacting with Molisa Health — whether through our website, our recruitment process, or our service delivery — please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs promptly.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our services. You can reach us by email at connect@molisahealth.ca. We will respond promptly.

Our Accessibility Policy is available upon request. Please contact us at connect@molisahealth.ca if you require assistance accessing any of our services or content.
