1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with capitalised initial letters have the meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

  • Company means Molisa Health Services Inc. referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our” — a federally incorporated corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act, with its registered office in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada.

  • Website means the Molisa Health Services website, accessible at https://www.molisahealth.ca and all associated pages, forms, and content.

  • Service means the Website and all content, forms, functionality, and information available through it.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service — whether as a prospective client, a care professional applicant, or a general visitor.

  • Care Professional / Healthcare Worker means any individual who submits an application through the Website to join the Molisa Health Services care professional pool. The terms “Care Professional” and “Healthcare Worker” are used interchangeably and carry the same meaning throughout this document. This includes but is not limited to: Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Health Care Aides (HCAs), Developmental Services Workers (DSWs), Child and Youth Workers (CYWs), Social Services Workers (SSWs), Occupational Health Nurses (OHNs), and all other healthcare and social care workers.

  • Client means any healthcare facility, retirement residence, long-term care home, hospital, community support organisation, or family seeking to engage care professionals through Molisa Health Services Inc.

2. Acknowledgment

  • If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you must not use this Website.

3. Use of the Website

This Website is intended for the following lawful purposes only:

  • To allow prospective clients to enquire about healthcare staffing and workforce solutions provided by Molisa Health Services Inc.
  • To allow care professionals and healthcare workers to submit applications to join the Molisa Health Services care professional pool.

You agree NOT to use this Website for any of the following:

  • Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation.
  • To transmit harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading content.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its infrastructure, or any account associated with it.

  • To collect or harvest personal information about other users or visitors.

4. Care Professional and Healthcare Worker Application Submissions

When you submit a Phase 1 application through the Join Our Care Team form on this Website, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
  • You consent to Molisa Health Services Inc. verifying your professional credentials, including registration status with the relevant regulatory college where applicable, including but not limited to the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • You understand that submission of a Phase 1 application does not constitute an offer of employment, placement, or any contractual commitment by Molisa Health Services Inc.
  • You consent to Molisa Health Services Inc. sharing your professional profile with prospective healthcare facility clients solely for the purpose of arranging a placement, and only following a successful screening process conducted by our Clinical Director.
  • You are legally eligible to work in Canada or will accurately disclose your work authorisation status.
  • You understand that Phase 2 of the credentialing process — including collection of registration numbers, police check results, immunization records, and professional references — is conducted separately and only after a successful initial screening interview.
  • You will not submit Social Insurance Numbers (SIN), banking information, or other highly sensitive personal identifiers through this Website. Such information is collected only after a formal offer of employment or placement has been made, through a separate secure process.

Molisa Health Services Inc. reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

5. Client Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through the Contact form on this Website as a prospective client or on behalf of a healthcare facility or organisation, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to make enquiries and enter into discussions on behalf of your organisation.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a binding service agreement or commitment of any kind.

All service arrangements between Molisa Health Services Inc. and client organisations are governed exclusively by a separate, signed Master Service Agreement (MSA). No verbal commitment, email exchange, or website enquiry constitutes a binding service contract.
